The location was ideal - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were both professional and outstandingly accommodating. It was a modern hotel, We will certainly stay here again.

This place was great for our vacation with well-equipped, clean rooms that had convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.

Fairly clean place, staff are amicable, location is marvellous and nice. The rooms are well-appointed and neat with refrigerator and an exceptionally comfortable bed plus a jet tub. The breakfast options are delicious and incredible with toast and juices and bagels...

Beds were horrible.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent as the prices were reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the clean and modern rooms to the friendly staff who made check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel is located in a good area, within walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The hotel itself is in good condition.

The bedsheets for both queen beds in our room had hair on them. We had to get fresh sheets from the front desk and change them ourselves on arrival. My father had the same problem in his room. The hotel manager expressed mild concern about this but offered neither an apology nor any (even minor) type of compensation. The beds are uncomfortable, the sheets and pillows are cheap - pillows are padded with synthetic fiber, and are lumpy from improper washing/drying. This is what I would expect from a $50/night hotel. We paid $150/night! Never again a Holiday Inn.
